PCSSPs are part-time employees who perform PC (laptop and desktop) service calls during the day. Calls are typically conducted Monday through Friday during general business hours. • Knowledge of Dell, HP, Compaq, Sony & IBM computer equipment
• Must have an A+ Net+ Certification (or obtain one within 90 days after employment)
• Vehicle with registration & insurance
• Knowledge of/Experience in PC/Laptop/Network Repair & Virus Removal/Reloads
• Ability to travel to customer location
• Light ability to lift and, or move various computer equipment
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and initiate action.
• Must be able to pass criminal background/driving investigation & Drug Tests
• Must be prompt at taking the calls as they come in and dependable through the scheduling process
